Change is not a concept for me - it is my way of life.
After completing my doctorate at the University of Leoben and over 20 years as a manager in industry, I know what change really means: new beginnings and uncertainty, curiosity and doubt, energy and exhaustion. I have led teams through complex change processes, accompanied organizations through upheaval - and experienced for myself how challenging and at the same time transformative change can be.
These experiences have shaped me: they have shown me that change requires not only plans and methods, but above all space - and people who can hold this space.
This is exactly where my passion lies:
I open up perspectives, strengthen trust and create a framework in which people can gain clarity, endure uncertainty and find the courage to create something new.
To do this, I have continuously developed my practice - from business to psychological expertise, from structured analysis to intuitive intuition. Today, I combine business thinking with a deep understanding of human dynamics.
